We are unable to accept returns that show signs of use or are not in resaleable condition.

We strongly recommend sending returns via a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@cottonclara.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
