Cotton Clara was founded in 2014 by Chloe Hardisty in her spare bedroom, after she realised how powerful simple creativity could be for confidence and wellbeing. What started as a small experiment has grown into an international craft brand, loved by customers around the world. We design modern, beginner-friendly embroidery and craft kits for people who think they’re “not creative” but secretly want to be.

Our products are made to fit into busy lives, offering a calm, screen-free moment in the middle of everyday chaos. We believe creativity should feel joyful, achievable, and pressure-free. Return Policy

We hope you love your Cotton Clara purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in a fully saleable condition, with all original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns that show signs of use or are not in resaleable condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We strongly recommend sending returns via a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
